What areas do you service?
GeekRunner offers regular services within Vancouver and all adjacent regions
(North/West Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby, including New Westminster).
If you are outside of these regions, please contact us for information on our scheduled sevices.

What are your rates?
We charge $85/hr + GST/PST for all services.
We also offer discounted rates for pre-purchased bulk hours.

Do you charge travel time?
No. We do, however, have a 1 hour minimum onsite charge within Vancouver,
1.5 hour minimum in adjacent regions, and a 2 hour minimum outside of these regular service areas.

Do you sell hardware and software?
Yes. Although GeekRunner is a service provider,
we use the most reliable distributors to help you get the best deals.

Do you have a retail store or repair depot?
No. Not yet anyway.
Offering onsite service keeps our costs down and your hassles to a minimum.
It also allows us to observe computer problems where they occur and
subsequently provide the most effective timely solutions.

Are Geeks better than Nerds?
Yes, of course.

How long has GeekRunner been doing this?
Remember those guys with odd haircuts waaayyyyy back in junior highschool
who seemed nice enough, kept quiet in class and always had floppy disks onhand?
That was us.
Except now our hair looks better.

Can GeekRunner "just make this piece of junk work again"?
Yes.
Alternatively, we'll haul it out back and help you beat it up.
